Photography

I've had an interest in photography since I bought my first camera when I was 7 years old. I currently use a digital SLR camera (Nikon D40X).

I'm an experienced user of 35mm film photography and black and white darkroom processes. As well as understanding technical aspects of photography, I'm familiar with the art of photography - lighting, composition and subject matter.

Photography has played a big part of my graphic design, illustration and painting projects. Quite often my initial ideas for illustration and painting is inspired by my photos.

I rarely set up a scenes for photography. Instead I carry my camera around with me and capture accidental images.
